I have lumbar 4 and lumbar 5 issues that prevents my left toe from rising while walking resulting in constant tripping. My left leg, core, and hips were likewise diagnosed to be weak.Ive seen Ray over that period of time doing my exercises and by the end of my session I was able to capture about 85% of my strength.
